The Challenges facing HR practitioners

The paper should written in view of human resources management
for MSC in International HRM and CU Harvard Referencing. The first part is compare and contrast the two articles by Cappelli and Hammond. Second part is the main part where greater emphasis should be put drawing in literature and journal articles to back up the argument put in the introduction. I have an outline of what I want to be included and I have added the references I want to be included in the coursework.
