Medical liability issues in OB/GYN

Each student will prepare a paper 10-12 pages, double spaced, plus table of authorities, on an approved topic of interest in the area of medical professional liability. My topic is mediability liability issues in OB/GYN and then researching the birth injury fund that exists in some states and a discussion and analysis of should it be expanded. I put an outline and a lot of ideas in the attached document.
