Change Proposal – Nurse Ratio to Patient Safety

Using the following outline, develop a proposal to effect change. The proposal is to be no more than 5-6 double-spaced pages. The reference page and appendices are not included in the 6 page limit. The entire paper must be in APA format. An appendix should include any instruments used, budget information, and a time-line.

• State the problem clearly including for whom the situation is a problem.
• Identify the benefits of the problem’s resolution.
