From the point of view of children with social emotional and behavioural difficulties what does learning at their best in Mathematics lessons look like?

Please, check and current review articles, evidence based researches related to this topic. Be as critical as possible. Apart from researches in UK please, refer to researches across the globe. Articles should be current not more than ten years of publication. Current articles and researches are better than old ones. Please, I do not want descriptive writing it has to be a critical writing. My research is qualitative as I will be interviewing 7 students fro two schools. 2 from one school and 5 from the other. Also, I will be interviewing the 2 Maths teachers from both schools. The ages of the students will range from 11 to 16. They may be females , males or mixed. The more evidence based researches/article you review the better.
