Solutions to San Francisco Housing Issue

Good morning! I need a research paper that explores and analyzes housing issue that is currently present in San Francisco from the point of view of Jan Brueckner’s “Lectures on Urban Economics” (link to the pdf is at the bottom of the order description) and also provide solutions that the economist would offer to solve this situation. Please bring John Maynard Keynes with his economic theory after that (you may use any of his theories, as long as they properly correspond to the subject matter) and analyze what variables are missing in the Brueckner’s housing model. Also provide Keynesian solution. At the end, please combine the two economists and make a reasonable economic conclusion on how these theories solve San Francisco housing issue and what constraints are interrupting these models from being implemented, in other words, examine why those theories are not at place.
Please include a bibliography with a minimum of 5 sources in MLA format and, if possible, make the research paper to be 12 FULL pages.
