Strategies to Prevent Academic Dishonesty

You recently accepted a position teaching a fundamental nursing course at a local university. You have 75 students in your lecture class and are concerned with academic dishonesty. You are the primary instructor for the course and are responsible for all lecture and exams. There are a total of 10 instructors teaching clinical and simulations. The university leadership consists of a department chairperson and a course coordinator. How do you prevent academic dishonesty from occurring?
