Employee engagement in the hospitality industry

I am a second year Hospitality management student and I need a dissertation proposal on the topic above.
I need it to be quantitative, please make sure it is not otherwise.
I will attach the course handbook below, see pages 14-16
Please read it carefully as there are some specific steps to follow.
It needs to have 1 aim, no more ,and 3-4 research objectives.
