it is same paper as last care plan same rubric everything, just new diagnosis., last time I order a care plan and gave all the diagnosis but this time I want you guys to pick any primary,diagnosis with at least 3 secondary diagnosis, the writer can pick, everything is same as last care plan order, use same rubric, same sample paper. I got 21.75 marks out of 28. i will attach the copy when i get it so that you guys can make changes according to it.
