The Effect of Temperature on Bacterial and Fungal Amylase

Lab report on enzymes, particularly the effect that temperature has on bacterial and fungal amylase. The lab conducted came from the lab manual. Needs to be about 2,200 words in length, not including the bibliography. I will send the lab report guide that includes all the details on each section, as well as the class data tables, pictures, and the lab manual pages themselves as reference. Six sources are needed and must be academic, two of those can be the lab manual and the textbook. The bibliography/ in text citations have to be in APA 6th edition.
