INSTRUCTIONS:
“Your task is to write a policy memo or oped from the perspective of a specific interest group (government, business, environmental non-profit) in a specific country. The country could be the one that you were assigned to represent in the class simulation or any other. You can choose to situate your memo in the present, or in the year 2020, which is when the simulation in class takes place.
