Retelling strategy and reading comprehension

I need to write a research paper about: How does the use of retelling in the elementary classroom, affect students reading comprehension?
The research paper needs to be 6 pages long, not including the reference page.
Also, the research paper must include:
1. A thesis statement presented clearly in a thesis statement, research question, or hypothesis
2. Presented in a way that reflects deep understanding
3. Integrated and synthesized with author’s personal beliefs and behaviors
4. Analyzed and compared to current vs future state of author’s professional practice
5. Presented at an appropriate level for the intended audience
6. Organized- transitions reinforce flow of topics
7. Primarily the author’s supported by research (not the other way around)
8. The conclusion paragraph: The conclusion provides insight to the implications and significance of the research to the future
9. Proper application of APA style
10. Supported with resources that are peer reviewed- I’ve provided 5 articles that must be used for the basis of this research paper. However, you may use more.
