School Shooting

I am looking for a comprehensive Chapter II literature review for the below written introduction. The chapter should reinforce the history of school shootings beyond what is included in the attached chapter one. The other topics that need to be addressed are relevant leadership research specific to crisis management / incident management or school shootings. Additionally the chapter should include an overview of post traumatic stress literature and anything specific to student and / or community impact of traumatic events.
