To assess the effects that a negative attitude from a leader has on subordinates and their satisfaction/motivation in the workplace.
Evaluate whether negative attitude affects any other aspect other than motivation, for the staff
Identify the warning signs of these toxic behaviours and how they differ from other leadership styles.
Explore what challenges toxic leadership has on Human Resources.
