Method of how the cities are dealing with ‘fine dust'(PM25)

15-page research paper not including the cover page, table of contents, or bibliography (all elements that are required). Specifically each student will choose a topic to conduct independent research focusing on one of the topic areas [housing, economic development, transportation, urban sustainability] of an urban theme. Each of these topic areas includes policy areas that are rich in content to conduct independent research on housing, transportation, cultures, healthy neighborhoods, climate change, parks, buildings, etc.
