Utilizing Hedonic pricing model to predict price of 2-year-old Thoroughbreds at auction

I’m currently writing concept paper. I have instructions from my professor on what changes I need to make. I have about 5-6 research studies that I need to add to the problem section to meet the criteria of having at least 4-6 academic references within last 5 years. I need help aligning the research throughout my concept paper.
