The Impact of Technology on Customer Value in the Restaurant Industry

The Literature Review is already done and i am trying to finish the Methodology chapter. I am just going to say how i am going to do my research. The research is going to be face to face interview with the managers in restaurant. There is only going to be primary research and that is interview. If you could also add on what customers want to see in restaurant technology at the end that would be great. I have attached the interview questions. I have also attached a copy of dissertation of another student as an example. The topic i want you to do is analysis and results. Thats chapter 4.
This chapter analyses the interviewss results that were presented and explained in the previous chapter. The chapter should start like this. I will explain the methodology in chapter 3 so you dont have to explain it.
