The role of C21ORF2 in flagellum biogenesis in Trypanosoma brucei

I need 3500 literature review/ introduction section and 4500 discussion section. I have uploaded the sheet saying what I need to do, my method and my results section. I have also uploaded a project paragraph outline and a literature review/ introduction section and a start of a disscussion that can be used as a template. I have also uploaded a list of references that may be useful and 2 papers which we weer given as a starting pount. The one by Wheeler et al can be used to explain the cell cycle.
