proposal (political theory)

Hi,
I have to write a proposal for my future research paper. the class is POLITICAL THEORY. and I need a proposal only ( means outline for my research paper).In the proposal, I need to show that my paper will be about: comparison between two thinkers regarding those concepts: the type of ruler, the nature of the state and human nature. I chose the two thinkers Plato and Machiavelli. the famous two work of them are The republics by Plato and The prince by Machiavelli. So, I want you to write me this proposal which will include details about the importance of the two thinkers, then talk about the three concepts: type of ruler, nature of state and the human nature that being presented in the two books by the thinkers. Also, in the proposal, it is good to mention briefly the outline of my (research paper), first it will be discussed each philosophers’ work, then compare between them about the three concepts and lastly, discuss which one is more relevant for the modern political realm today.
